Advance Payment Policy:

When you choose to hire our services, a 40% advance payment is required. If you decide to cancel within 2 days of making the payment, the full amount will be refunded. However, after 1 days, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. This policy ensures a smooth workflow and commitment from both sides. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering excellent service.

Delivery Time & Payment:

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund if your project hasn’t started or isn’t delivered as agreed. Your satisfaction is our priority, ensuring a risk-free experience with our services. Trust us to deliver quality, or get your money back.
  • Partial Refund Policy: If a project is canceled after work has begun, the initial 40% advance payment is non-refundable. This covers resources and efforts already invested in the project up to the cancellation point.
  • No Refund Policy: Once full payment is received after the successful delivery of the project, any cancellation request from the client will not be eligible for a refund. All payments made are final and non-refundable.
